NetherlandsI had a lot of trouble getting my belts, but the customer service was so helpful! First I ordered the wrong size (my mistake!), and then there was some trouble with payment processing which made me unable to order a replacement (again, no fault of Doshi's). Throughout all of this I was in touch with customer service which replied promptly, helpfully and courteously. It made the ordering trouble feel like no pain at all. Obviously, the belts themselves are also very nice and I plan on getting a lot of wear out of them.
