Shipping policy

Shipping
We process and ship almost every order the same day if we receive it early and next day if it is received later. However, customers should allow one day for an order to be processed. On rare occasions, processing can take up to two days.
We are a startup company and have chosen not to build shipping costs into our prices. Customers are required to pay for shipping.
Please also note that the US Postal Service does not guarantee that Priority Mail will be delivered in the time that they have stated. Priority Mail Express is the only service that guarantees delivery time within the U.S. and to select international destinations however customers should add 1 day to process orders to the delivery estimate. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending upon the service selected and that the shipping times stated are estimates. We will not be responsible for postal service delays or delays cuased by government agencies (customs) for international orders.
Paypal has started a new service that allows you to return products on them for free if you use Paypal to check out. Please see the following link and read their terms:

Duties (only for international customers)
Please note that international customers will be required to pay duties as charged by their country. We do not add the cost of duties to your order nor do we collect them upfront.

Exchanges
U.S. customers can exchange new and unused products within 30 days. For exchanges due to size, we send a return label for the original product and ship out a new product once the return is shipped and the tracking number becomes active. Of course, if there is any error on our part, we will ship the product for free.
International customers may also exchange new and unused products within 30 days but are required to bear the cost of return shipping. International customers should also note the cost of duties that may arise and should take extra care when ordering. We are happy to help get the order right from the beginning!
For exchanges of new and unused products that involve completely different products, we require you to buy the new product (of equal or greater value) and then will ship that item for free. You will be required to return the original product and pay for return shipping. Once you return the product, we will refund the original purchase price including shipping.

Returns
1) Customers can return new and unused products within 30 days. Customers are required to pay for return shipping. Once we receive a return, we will return your original payment less shipping charges within 7 days (usually faster).
