Polished Gunmetal Belt Size 30 only

I purchased the Polished Gunmetal Belt 32 / Black on the Doshi website on 30 June 2022. However once received I discovered that the belt was too small. After communicating with Doshi support, I was able to exchange the belt for size 34, which was the perfect size for me.

I have been using this belt as a every day belt and even for formal occasions, and I am proud to report that after nearly three years of daily use, the belt is still holding up as well as ever, even more so than previous non-vegan belts I've owned in the past!

I had a lot of trouble getting my belts, but the customer service was so helpful! First I ordered the wrong size (my mistake!), and then there was some trouble with payment processing which made me unable to order a replacement (again, no fault of Doshi's). Throughout all of this I was in touch with customer service which replied promptly, helpfully and courteously. It made the ordering trouble feel like no pain at all.
Obviously, the belts themselves are also very nice and I plan on getting a lot of wear out of them.

Bought two belts. Received them fast. They are wrapped under the tree. They seem so strong and substantial. I know he’s going to love them. I had to check twice because I thought they were leather. They look so much like leather but are vegan. This is a very happy family because Doshi exists.

I purchased two belts. They came in an very timely manner. I loved the quality of both belts and their look. Unfortunately they both were a little two large for my size. Doshi was able to quickly return these belts and send me new ones of a smaller size. Really fantastic service. I imagine I will be buying more non-leather products form them in the future!
