Warranty & Repair
We make every effort to ensure that you have a trouble free experience with our products. In the event of an issue, we will provide you with excellent customer service and support.

Doshi products carry the following warranty covering defects in hardware and workmanship:

Most backpacks, briefcases, handbags, and wallets: Six months from the date of purchase.

Business Line and Travel Line Bags: One year from the date of purchase. These items are usually $150 and up.

Belts and Footwear: Three months from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover material defects occurring from excessive wear or abuse. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any third party other than Doshi.
Doshi reserves the right to repair or replace items as needed.  For repair items sent to us, we will ask the customer to ship back the product at their expense and then ship out the repaired item at our expense.
Customers may be requested to repair items at a local repair shop. Should you have a warranty claim, please reach out to us at customercare@doshi.shop or 415-723-6744.
