Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Shipping
We're a startup company and so far have chosen not to build shipping costs into our price. Customers are required to pay for shipping.
Returns
Customers can return new and unused products within 30 days.  Customers are required to pay for returns. Once we receive a return, we will return your original payment less shipping charges within 7 days.

Exchanges
Customers can exchange new and unused products within 30 days. For exchanges due to size, we send a return label for the original product and ship out a new product once the return is shipped and the tracking number becomes active.  Of course, if there is any error on our part, we will ship the product for free.
For exchanges that involve completely different products, we require you to buy the new product (of equal or greater value) and then will provide a return label.
